  • タクシードライバー随時募集中！

すばる交通では業務拡張のため、タクシードライバーさんを随時募集しています。

二種免許の取得に関して、これまで多くの緩和が実施されていますよ。二種免許取得可能年齢が21歳から19歳へ引き下げ。「地理」の試験が廃止。さらに2025年9月からは「普通第二種免許」の教習時間を約9時間分減らし、29時限に短縮されました。

もちろん、その分社内研修はしっかりやります！地方出身で地理に自信がない、ペーパードライバーだったので運転に自信がない、という方でも、不安がなくなるまでしっかりとサポートします。それぞれにあった独自の研修プランなど、万全のサポート体制でご応募をお待ちしていますよ！

Especially in bad weather or crowded areas, it can be hard to find a vacant taxi. And the less time you have, the more frustrating it is when you can’t get around smoothly.
That’s where the taxi dispatch app [GO] comes in handy.
With the app, you can be matched with a nearby taxi based on your current location and have it dispatched smoothly. You can also enter your destination and pay within the app, which makes boarding and getting off simpler and more comfortable.

  • Choose Nihon Kotsu with the company selection feature!

If you’re worried about “which taxi company’s car will come,” we also recommend the company selection feature. In the GO app, after setting your pick-up location, you can choose your preferred taxi company by tapping the “Select a company” button.
If you choose Nihon Kotsu, a Subaru Kotsu taxi running nearby may also come to pick you up. When booking a ride, please be sure to request Nihon Kotsu!

  • Taxi Drivers Wanted: Applications Always Open!

Subaru Kotsu is expanding its operations, and we are accepting applications for taxi drivers on an ongoing basis.

Many requirements for obtaining a Class 2 license have been relaxed. The minimum age has been lowered from 21 to 19, the “geography” test has been abolished, and from September 2025, the instruction time for the Class 2 standard license has been reduced by about 9 hours, bringing it down to 29 sessions.

Of course, we make up for that with thorough in-house training! Even if you come from outside the city and aren’t confident in your geography, or you hold a license but rarely drive and don’t feel sure behind the wheel, we will support you until your worries are gone. With a full support system, including training plans tailored to each individual, we look forward to receiving your application!
