• すばる交通の工場では、車両にまつわるさまざまな業務をおこなっています

ドライバーさんたちが安心して営業に出かけられるよう、工場では毎日の車両点検や修理を中心に、タクシーのラッピング、ステッカーの貼り換え、車椅子のスロープ設置の研修など、車両にまつわるさまざまな業務をおこなっています。

暑い夏の日も、寒い冬の日も、毎日工場で頑張ってくださっている整備士の皆さん。いつもありがとうございます！すぐに対応してくれるから安心して乗務できると、ドライバーさんたちもすごく頼りにしていますよ。

 

• タクシー車両には様々なステッカーが貼ってあります

タクシー車両には会社名やラッピング広告の他にも、タクシー車両には初乗り運賃価格や対応クレジットカード会社の一覧の他、国が認定したUD（ユニバーサルデザイン）タクシーであることを表すステッカーなど、車体にさまざまな情報が貼られています。

こちらのステッカーやラッピングも、すべて工場の方が行っていますよ！

整備の一環として、既定の場所にステッカーの添付や車体ラッピングを工場で行ってから、タクシー車両として使用することができます。

 

• 車両にまつわることならなんでも！

車体ラッピングや整備の他にも、ドライバーさんの「改めて勉強したい」「復習したい」という要望に応え、車椅子のスロープ設置の研修なども定期的に行っています。

車両にまつわることはなんでも工場の方がやってくださっていますよ。すごいですよね！

 

• タクシードライバー随時募集中！

すばる交通では業務拡張のため、タクシードライバーさんを随時募集しています。

二種免許の取得に関して、これまで多くの緩和が実施されていますよ。二種免許取得可能年齢が21歳から19歳へ引き下げ。「地理」の試験が廃止。さらに2025年9月からは「普通第二種免許」の教習時間を約9時間分減らし、29時限に短縮されました。

もちろん、その分社内研修はしっかりやります！地方出身で地理に自信がない、ペーパードライバーだったので運転に自信がない、という方でも、不安がなくなるまでしっかりとサポートします。それぞれにあった独自の研修プランなど、万全のサポート体制でご応募をお待ちしていますよ！

● Our Garage Handles All Kinds of Vehicle-Related Work

To make sure our drivers can head out for their shifts with peace of mind, our garage takes care of a wide range of vehicle-related work every day. This centers on daily vehicle inspections and repairs, but also includes taxi wrapping, replacing stickers, and training on installing wheelchair ramps.

Through scorching summer days and freezing winter days, our mechanics work hard in the garage every single day. Thank you for everything you do! Our drivers rely on you a great deal, saying they can go out on shift with confidence because you always respond right away.

● Taxis Carry Many Different Stickers

Besides the company name and wrap advertisements, our taxis display a variety of information on the body: the base fare, a list of accepted credit card companies, and a sticker showing that the vehicle is a government-certified UD (Universal Design) taxi.

All of these stickers and wraps are applied by our garage team, too!

As part of vehicle maintenance, stickers are placed in their designated positions and body wraps are applied at the garage before a vehicle goes into service as a taxi.

● Anything and Everything Related to Vehicles!

In addition to body wrapping and maintenance, we regularly hold training sessions, such as wheelchair ramp installation training , for drivers who want to study or review the material again.

Our garage team handles absolutely everything related to vehicles. Impressive, isn’t it?

● Taxi Drivers Wanted: Applications Always Open!

Subaru Kotsu is expanding its operations, and we are accepting applications for taxi drivers on an ongoing basis.

Many requirements for obtaining a Class 2 license have been relaxed. The minimum age has been lowered from 21 to 19, the “geography” test has been abolished, and from September 2025, the instruction time for the Class 2 standard license has been reduced by about 9 hours, bringing it down to 29 sessions.

Of course, we make up for that with thorough in-house training! Even if you come from outside the city and aren’t confident in your geography, or you hold a license but rarely drive and don’t feel sure behind the wheel, we will support you until your worries are gone. With a full support system, including training plans tailored to each individual, we look forward to receiving your application!
